G-7's LAST MAN'S CLUB
At the 2007 G-7 Reunion at Manhattan, the Last Man's Club was established with Bud
Allen being elected Secretary of the Club. He may be contacted through e-mail, but he has
requested that his mailing address be included in this page. Anyone who is interested in
signing up should contact Bud before year's end. Membership will be closed on that date.

By-Laws of The Last Man’s Club for Alumni of Company G, 7th Regiment,
National Society of Pershing Rifles

ARTICLE ONE: Membership

Section One

The membership of this Club shall be restricted to alumni members of Company G, 7th Regiment of the National Society of Pershing Rifles (G-7) formerly
headquartered at Kansas State University, whose membership occurred during the years 1966 through 1971.

Section Two

The membership roster of this Club shall be permanently closed at midnight 31 December, 2007 and no membership vacancies caused by resignation or
otherwise shall be refilled in any manner. Membership in G-7 during the years between 1966 through 1971 must be confirmed by three alumni members, from the
years 1966 through 1971, of G-7

Section Three

It shall be the sacred duty of all persons on the Membership Roster to promptly inform the Secretary of the Club of any changes of residence or address that may
occur following the organization of this Club in order that the Secretary may at all times have the correct and up to date list of all surviving members of the Club.

ARTICLE TWO: Headquarters

Section One

The headquarters of the Club shall be located at such a place as designated, on an annual basis, by the members.

ARTICLE THREE: Officers

Section One

The sole Officer of the Club shall be Secretary. It shall be the duty of the Secretary to maintain the Roster of Members and to maintain the "bottle". The "bottle"
shall be a quality brand of American-made bourbon whiskey that will be chosen by the members at their first annual meeting on 17 November, 2007. Funds for
purchasing the "bottle" will be voluntarily contributed by the members. The Secretary shall safely keep the "bottle" in a secure, sealed, unopened condition until
such time as it shall be opened and the last toast offered. The "bottle" may be brought from its secure location to the Annual Meeting from time to time for visual
inspection purposes only.

Section Two

The Secretary shall be elected by the members and shall serve until such time as the members choose to elect a new Secretary or until he is unable to serve. If
the Secretary is unable or unwilling to continue, it is his responsibility to notify the members of his resignation. Any member who assumes the position of
Secretary must ensure that his next of kin or Executor of his estate promptly notifies all the surviving members of the Last Man’s Club of the Secretary’s passing
and that the records and the "bottle" of the Last Man’s Club are delivered to the new Secretary of the Last Man’s Club.

ARTICLE FOUR: Dues

Section One

No dues whatsoever shall be paid by any member.

ARTICLE FIVE: Participation and Attendance

Section One

Each year the members shall choose a location and time for an Annual Meetnig and each member shall make every effort, sparing no expense, to attend the
Annaul Meeting. Attendance at the Annual Meeting is a matter of honor and privilege. Failure of any member to attend two consecutive Annual Meetings shall be
sufficient cause for dropping such members from the roster of the Club.

ARTICLE SIX: Annual Picture

Section One

An annual group picture will be taken of the members of the Club at the Annual Meeting. It shall be the duty of the Secretary to ensure each member receives a
copy of the group picture within one month of its taking.

ARTICLE SEVEN: The Last Man

Section One

Each member will ensure that his next of kin or Executor of his estate notifies the Secretary as soon as practicle of his passing. The Last Man will, upon the
passing of the other surviving member, at some convenient time as soon as practicle, unseal and open the "bottle" and either in private or sharing among
family,members’ families, and/or friends offer a last toast remembering the good times shared through that special bond enjoyed by the members during the years
1966 through 1971.

ARTICLE EIGHT: Amendments

Section One

These By-Laws may be amended at the Annual Meetings by a three-fourths vote of the members present
